Once you have got an idea of what it is you want one of our experienced builders will help you design a plan to suit your needs, whether it is a single bedroom holiday home or a 3 bedroom house complete with spa and outdoor living areas we can help you design your dream. Unlike other builders with us you can either choose a plan from our vast selection of layouts or we can customize one to suit you.
After the plan has been decided on it time to choose colors and finishes. We do have a standard material list but that doesn’t mean you cant change the specifications for your home. Colors and materials for the exterior as well as all internal colors and finishes can be selected at our display centre. Finishes such as carpets, flooring, paint, kitchens as well as all external fittings can be selected.
At the constructions stage of the building it all gets handed over to our qualified tradesman. Our welders, carpenters, plumbers and electricians will build your home providing you with all the paperwork along the way that you need to be safe and to ensure that your home is built right. Frame inspections are carried out along with plumbing and electrical certificates for all the work done aswell as warranties for all appliances.
Now that the home has been built in our factory it is time to transport the building to site. Using state of the art methods and equipment we can ensure your home is placed on-site in pristine condition whether it be by crane or truck we can place a building almost anywhere
